Fit Day — movement that brings people together
Fit Day showed us one thing — when people join forces, you can achieve a great deal. ❤️
We had the great pleasure of being part of Fit Day Rzeszów, an event aimed at supporting little Kacper in his fight against muscular dystrophy.
On our stage on the Rzeszów Bulwary we took care of movement together — from mobilisation, through strengthening and stabilisation, to calming down and working on the deep muscles. The training was aimed above all at people with sedentary jobs who struggle with back pain and muscle tension.
Throughout the day we were also at your disposal at our stand, where you could take advantage of free training, physiotherapy and dietary consultations and chat with our team. 🌸

It's moments like these that remind us that movement has power — it not only strengthens the body, but can also bring people together.
