Welcome to our intimate personal training studio, where we offer personal training, mini group training, medical training with a physiotherapist, training for pregnant and postpartum women, calisthenics and mat pilates. We focus on individual approach, professional support and comfortable conditions without crowds.

We provide training tailored to your goals — from building strength and physique, through improving mobility, to returning to fitness through medical training. You train without long-term memberships and unnecessary formalities.

We create a friendly atmosphere — we also welcome parents with children. If you're looking for an intimate gym with real trainer support, you're in the right place.

How can we help you?

Personal training

One-hour training preceded by an interview and movement diagnostics. We analyze goals, abilities and health status to create a safe and effective plan. We start with the basics: breathing, stabilization and movement patterns, then develop further elements. Frequency is determined individually with the trainer.

Mini group training

Sessions last one hour, prices are lower and groups consist of 4-5 people. Groups are small because we want the training form to be as close to individual as possible. We start by learning basic elements, then follow a training plan focused on body shaping. Training usually takes place twice a week.

Medical training

Medical training is a specialized form of activity for people after injuries and surgeries, with back, knee or hip pain and posture problems. It also works well after a long break from training. We offer detailed diagnostics and a safe, tailored training program. We gradually reduce pain, improve mobility and strengthen the body.

Prenatal & postnatal training

A specialized form of activity for pregnant women and after childbirth, adapted to changing body needs and based on an individual, safe approach. Especially helpful for back pain, muscle tension, pelvic floor weakness or diastasis recti.

Additional classes

Additional forms of activity based on bodyweight training, focused on strengthening, improving mobility and movement control. Mat pilates supports stabilization and posture, while calisthenics develops strength, endurance and coordination. Additional classes take place on Fridays and Saturdays.

Individual diets

Individually tailored nutrition plans supporting health, recovery and training results. Our team includes qualified dietitians who match nutritional strategy to your goals, health status and lifestyle. Plans consider both daily habits and any health restrictions.
