Our story

It all started in a small, private room at physiotherapist Michał Idzikowski's. That's where I conducted training for my clients, gradually developing my skills and building a group of satisfied clients. Over time, however, the amount of work started to overwhelm me — the schedule was bursting at the seams, and I felt it was time for changes.

At the same time, I realized that the current location was not conducive to further development. Long commutes consumed a lot of energy and limited my capabilities. I needed a place that would be convenient for both me and my clients. That's how the search began — until I finally found the perfect space for a new studio.

This is how Fabryka Ruchu was born — a place that connects people through physical activity, health care and personal development. Our story is proof that small beginnings and chance meetings can lead to great things.

Dominika

Founder of the medical training studio Fabryka Ruchu in Rzeszów. Physiotherapist, medical trainer and movement therapist, specializing in working with pain, return to fitness and conscious body building through movement.

On a daily basis I work mainly in the area of medical and functional training — I help people after injuries, surgeries and with chronic pain return to fitness, strength and comfort of life. In my work I combine knowledge of physiotherapy, training and movement therapy, looking at the body holistically and individually.

I believe that effective training is not only exercise, but above all understanding your own body. That is why, in addition to conducting training, I teach how to move consciously, how to deal with overload and how to transfer healthy movement habits to everyday life.

I work with both women and men — from beginners to people returning to activity after injuries or health problems. I conduct individual training, medical training and intimate training in small groups.

Monika

Personal trainer, gym instructor and dietitian. I specialize in training for pregnant and postpartum women and in body shaping.

I will help you take care of your body, health and well-being in a safe way. In my work as a dietitian, the foundation for me is EBM (Evidence-Based Medicine), which guarantees the reliability of my recommendations. In the training room, biomechanics and proper movement methodology are most important to me. I constantly expand my knowledge to ensure that my plans and recommendations are as up-to-date as possible, 100% safe, effective and free from popular myths.

By education I am also a pedagogue, which helps me a lot in my daily work with people. Thanks to this, I can not only design a plan, but above all listen, understand and create an atmosphere full of trust. I know perfectly well how intense everyday life can be, so I want training with me to be a moment of respite — a moment when you disconnect from your duties and do something just for yourself. I will make sure you feel free, safe and comfortable during exercises.

Irmina

I will help you return to fitness, get rid of pain and build a body that works better every day. As a medical trainer, I combine conscious movement, body work and an individual approach, always putting health first.

I specialize in working with people struggling with back pain, tension, overload, injuries and traumas. I also support people after breaks from training who want to return to activity in a safe and effective way.

I am currently undergoing Pilates Comprehensive training, which allows me to even better understand the body's needs, its biomechanics and the importance of movement quality in the process of regeneration and strengthening the body.

In my work I focus on an individual approach, safe movement and gradual rebuilding of fitness. I adjust training to the body's current capabilities, focusing on reducing pain, improving mobility, stabilization and quality of movement.

My goal is not only to improve well-being, but above all to help return to free functioning without limitations and pain.

My name is Maciek and I am a personal trainer and dietitian. I help people who want to improve their physique, take care of their health and feel better every day — without radical diets and grueling training.

In my work I focus above all on a healthy balance and individual approach. I believe that the best results come when training and nutrition become part of life, not a punishment or obligation. I want to show that training and diet can bring pleasure, add energy and better well-being.
