Medical Training — What Is It and Who Is It For?

Medical training is a specialized form of physical activity that combines knowledge from physiotherapy with personal training. At Fabryka Ruchu in Rzeszów, we specialize in this form of training, helping people with various pain conditions and after injuries.

How does medical training differ from regular training?

Regular personal training focuses mainly on body composition or endurance goals. Medical training goes a step further — it takes into account your health status, injury history, movement limitations and pain conditions.

At the beginning of our cooperation, we conduct:

  • A detailed medical interview
  • Functional diagnostics — we assess mobility, range of motion, movement patterns
  • Health history analysis — injuries, surgeries, chronic conditions

Based on this, we create a safe and effective training plan precisely tailored to your needs.

Who is medical training for?

Medical training at Fabryka Ruchu is ideal for people:

  • After injuries and surgeries — knee, hip, shoulder, spine
  • With chronic pain in back, knees, hips, joints
  • With posture disorders — rounded back, hyperlordosis, knock knees, flat feet
  • After a long break from physical activity
  • Pregnant and postpartum women — safe return to fitness
  • Beginners who want to build solid movement foundations

What does medical training look like in practice?

We don't force — we build. We start from the foundations:

  1. Proper breathing — the basis of every movement
  2. Stabilization — teaching the body correct patterns
  3. Basic movement patterns — squat, hinge, rotation
  4. Gradual intensity increase — at a pace your body is ready for

Each training session lasts about an hour. Frequency is determined individually — usually 2-3 times per week.

Results of medical training

Our clients regularly experience:

  • Pain reduction — often within a few weeks
  • Improved mobility — greater range of motion, less stiffness
  • Body strengthening — without risk of worsening conditions
  • Better posture — a conscious body is a healthy body
  • Increased confidence — knowing you can train safely

If you're struggling with pain or afraid to return to movement after an injury — contact us. The first step is a conversation.
